On Being Overweight

When I think about it, I can't help but wonder why so many people these days are so cruel to those who are overweight. Everyone was created by God in a unique way, so we are all one-of-a-kind. Inquire about what you see in nature: plants, animals, and more. It will be easy to notice that everyone has a unique physical characteristic. It doesn't matter if they're short or tall or fat or dwarfish; they all look beautiful. The beauty lies in the individuality of each person.

All women would look exactly the same if they weighed the same (24-36-24) and were the same height and weight (24-36-24). It would be a bizarre and unattractive sight. As a result, it's important to remember that each of us is born with a specific body type. If you're genetically predisposed to be overweight, then dieting, exercising, and attempting to maintain a certain weight are actually torturing your body. This is completely out of character. 

So take your time, and pay attention to what your body tells you. Simply maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly. People will make crude remarks about your physique because of your size, so accept it coz in the end, it's your own body and your own responsibility, not someone else's.

Why Am I So Bitter?

When describing myself in one word, "bitter" would be the most accurate. I know, it sounds bizarre, right? But this is who I am, and I'm fine with it. My words, my attitude, my personality, etc., are all bitter. Although bitterness is generally thought of as a negative idea, I've found that it's actually been a boon in my life inorder that rescued me from pitfalls everywhere. When maintaining a healthy work-life balance became a sine qua non of my daily schedule, Bitterness instilled a value in me of which I wasn't aware at all. In this world, people use salt and pepper to spice things up. But "BITTER is the flavour that I prefer to be the best.

Do Gifts Really Matter?

Well, that is indeed a positive thing! I think I'm qualified to answer this question because I recently celebrated my birthday. 

Gifts are extremely important to me, and I make sure to have plenty of them on hand for any celebration, but it's especially true of my birthday. Gifting doesn't necessitate squandering time and money on unnecessary purchases. Giving a gift is a small gesture that shows that you care about the people in your life.

When I receive a gift, I feel like a princess. Sometimes it is necessary to make someone feel special by giving them something of your own choice or perhaps something that brings a wide smile to their face. If not a flower or a leaf, then perhaps a small toy or even a tight hug will do. It's just a game of expressing your care for them 

and I guarantee that the recipient will not only feel special but will miss your love every time they make a wish because of this royal treatment.

You don't need to be a millionaire to have a special place in someone's heart, but you do need to make small efforts to make them feel that way.

With your tiniest effort, show how much you care about your loved ones.

BE YOUR OWN BRAND

In today's world, where people are obsessed with brands and wearing expensive branded clothing sets a person apart, I have a completely different notion. Brands, in my opinion, are created by people, and not the other way round.

Wearing branded clothing and products gives the impression that one is a celebrity, but this is far from the truth. When a famous person wears a low-cost product, it instantly becomes a brand name, but when a beggar wears an expensive brand, its value plummets.

So what I'm trying to say is, we must concentrate on building our own identity.

Be so well-known that your clothing becomes a trademark. If you want to know who you are, don't look to anyone else; your brand is already defined by you.

A Lunatic Across The Atlantic

 

I encountered a phlegmatic yet affectionate stranger

With a Saccharine voice and a sedative smile so dear

He plunged to clear the conundrums of my life when my contrition made me fear

Every grief became  evanescent with his morning wishes that he sent from 7 oceans afar

He was in Atlanta preparing filtered coffee ☕ and capturing the star and in India my hopeless heart caught the fever of vicarious fervour

He was a connoisseur of calculations and statistics and I was a purile lady with deleterious tactics 

Our fortuitous bonding amazes me for I am loquacious and he is lunatic. 

No word in my dictionary can do justice to appreciate his nature. He hath giveth me such peace  forever 

How can I portray every silly habit of this eccentric?

 He is incomparable yet dynamic. 

If someone sees this character in Atlanta someday.... He is definitely my lunatic across the Atlantic.
